If you have always been reluctant to throw away retired climbing ropes, thinking that they would be handy for something……I have found a source of willing takers.Either get your ropes to me, or log onto Freecycle and your local user group – there seem to be 100’s of people out there who will take them off your hands (for free) and give them a new home. I have got rid of 3 this week, to a tree surgeon and someone clearing their stream….others wanted them for kids to play with, for fort building at festivals, modular house building and so on.
